She spent her Tuesday night behind bars and appeared at the Downing Centre Local Court the next day to apply for bail.
It is alleged that Ashlyn submitted fake contracts to meet a $10.5m pre-sale condition for the Sky View apartments in Castle Hill.
Subsequently, it is alleged she submitted misleading sales contracts in order to access a $150 million loan to fund one of Sydney’s biggest apartment projects.
The alleged fraud relates specifically to three of the five Skyview towers, which consist of about 960 “luxurious” apartments.
Ashlyn Nassif was granted bail on a series of strict bail conditions including that she will not contact her father, as well as 23 other people linked to the proceedings.
In addition to her bail condition is the payment of a $2.6m bond, living at her mother’s Chiswick home while abiding by a 9 pm-6 am curfew.
She will also have to surrender her passport and stay away from international and domestic departure points and must also report to Burwood Police Station daily.
