Derek Fisher (born August 9, 1974) is a former professional basketball player and coach in the United States. Fisher was a professional basketball player for 18 years, spending the majority of his career with the Los Angeles Lakers, with whom he won five NBA titles.
He also spent time with the Golden State Warriors, the Utah Jazz, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and the Dallas Mavericks. He has also served as the National Basketball Players Association’s (NBPA) president.
